Masterclass: Designing with the users!
Users are experts of their own field. They can be actively involved in the design process, although precise tools and methods are needed to reveal their knowledge and ideas.
Participatory design research sessions engage users into activities to uncover their needs, feelings, perceptions, flows, roles, behaviors and ideas. How to construct, facilitate and analyze such sessions? During this workshop we will go through several participatory design activities and discuss how they can be used in real life.
Be ready to work in groups, use a lot of post-its, stickers, color pencils and other craft materials.
